The Art of Marriage

Today's weather is gross. I woke up around 8am to claps of thunder that were right outside my window, and when I fell back asleep and woke up again a couple hours later, it might as well have been night, the room was so dark!

Needless to say, I got a late start today. But I only had one project to work on -- a commission from a friend for a wedding card! My first wedding card! I was so excited to take it on, and even did some experimenting in Illustrator this morning, learning some new techniques and getting more comfortable with the software. Always excited to have an excuse to learn new things! Not that I need an excuse to learn new things, but you know what I mean.
